This Software Support Specialist role is for a tech-savvy thinker looking to get their foot in the door in technology. The person in the role is responsible for supporting product rollouts and other similar initiatives. This might include assisting with documentation of test cases and executing tests during UAT, managing vendor reports, and the evaluation and troubleshooting of any errors. Knowledge of Javascript, MS Office, and Adobe Pro is all that's necessary to step into this role! Insurance knowledge would be a huge plus.
