Robert Half is seeking a Software Test Developer to join our clients growing team in South Seattle. This full time position offers a hybrid work schedule of 2 days onsite and 3 remote and amazing benefits!
Duties:
- Translate business processes and workflow into test cases for manual and automated test case development.
- Work in conjunction with IT departments and business teams to develop, publish, implement and maintain IT quality assurance standards, plans and procedures.
- Develop test cases using multiple test methodologies.
- Create test scripts for desktop, mobile and web applications using test automation tools.
- Design and Implement test tools and infrastructure that will be utilized across multiple development teams.
- Document and track issues found and assist in their resolution.
- Develop reports for test results and work with project teams to ensure their review and disposition.
- Conduct research on latest test tools, trend, and methodologies for current and future projects.
- Uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements
Must have experience with one of the coding languages:
- Jscript
- Javascript
Keys:
- 4 years test automation experience
- Strong desire to do testing and QA/not pure development. Someone who likes to find, break and fix things.
- Team-oriented, good personality, open to ideas with good thought process and can work well together with a team.
- Someone who thinks outside the requirements, finds the problems and figures out how to fix them.
- Can do both manual and automated testing (approximately 50/50).
- Should be able to answer questions in more than one way and be able to come up with multiple answers and solutions to problems.
Nice to haves:
- Web automation
- Mobile device scripts and desktop apps experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT
- Experience with one or multiple: Git, REACT, Visual Studio, SQL Query, SVN, Appium

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
