We are in search of a senior property Accountant to join our onsite team in West Los Angeles. The employment type for this role is permanent.Responsibilities: • Oversee accounting operations for multi-family properties• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in processing customer credit applications• Maintain and update customer credit records as needed• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner• Assist in the launch of large investment funds• Utilize property accounting skills to enhance financial operations• Employ general ledger skills in daily tasks and responsibilities• Contribute to the growth of our $15 billion asset under management (AUM)• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including mandatory vaccination requirement.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
