We are seeking a Sr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry in New York, New York. This role primarily involves providing comprehensive administrative support to partners, organizing company events, and maintaining office supplies. This role is based on-site with some allocation for working from home.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls, including organizing catering or technical equipment as needed.Receive and interact with incoming visitors and manage incoming calls professionally.Coordinate project-based work and oversee special projects as assigned.Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.Assist with budget preparation and expense management for executives.Facilitate internal communication; act as a point of contact between executives and internal or external colleagues.Maintain an efficient filing system to ensure quick retrieval of information.Liaise with other staff, suppliers, and clients, ensuring efficient office operation.Adhere to confidentiality rules and handle sensitive information with discretion.Collaborate with the HR department in implementing office policies and procedures.Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies.Utilize various software platforms and tools relevant to the role, ensuring efficient and effective communication and document management.Provide support in personal tasks for executives as required.Assist in onboarding new employees, including training on company policies and procedures.Provide reports and updates to executives as needed.

Salary : $26 - $27
