Robert Half client is adding a Sr. Collections Manager to their team. The Sr. Collections Manager will oversee a hardworking established team. Enhance strategies to increase collections while building strong relationships with the team and other department managers. The Sr. Collections Manager will be involved in the harder to collect accounts and foster strong relationships with customers, billing and accounts receivable.
The Sr. Manager will also be responsible for developing internal reports and KPI's pertaining to collections.
