Sr. Developer

We are seeking a Sr. Developer to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities• Collaborate with various stakeholders including leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers to understand and develop needs according to business requirements.• Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain-driven design and test-driven development.• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying and implementing solutions.• Create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates.• Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance.• Support the development of coding standards and adhere to best practices and security guidelines.• Work closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs.• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
