As the Company continues to expand, they are seeking a Divisional Finance Manager to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of a key portfolio of business.
Job Summary: As the Sr. Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, contract compliance, billing support, leading special projects, and facilitating the financial onboarding of newly acquired customers. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving financial success and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your knowledge and experience in the Service or Real Estate industries, as well as contract compliance and government contracts, will be highly valued and utilized in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with accounting principles and regulatory guidelines.
- Manage contract compliance processes, ensuring adherence to contract terms, regulations, and customer expectations.
- Provide billing support, working closely with the billing team to resolve any issues, discrepancies, or billing-related queries.
- Lead special finance projects to drive process improvements, enhance financial controls, and optimize operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate and manage the financial onboarding process for newly acquired customers, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with our financial systems and processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and sales, to ensure financial considerations are incorporated into business strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends, applying this knowledge to enhance financial operations and mitigate risk.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is a plus.
- Significant experience (5 years) in financial management, preferably in the Service or Real Estate industries.
- Proven expertise in managing financial reporting, contract compliance, and billing support.
- Understanding of government contracts, regulations, and compliance requirements is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience in leading and managing staff or project teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and meticulousness in financial operations.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
