Primary Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of MERN stack applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Development: Actively participate in hands-on development using the MERN stack, contributing to critical parts of the codebase.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them in best practices, coding standards, and architectural decisions.
- Support and Maintenance: Utilize your support experience to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance of our applications.
- Code Reviews: Lead and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the team.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design decisions, and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Innovation: Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the development team and advocate for their adoption.
- Support Escalation: Act as a point of escalation for complex support issues, working closely with support teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and helping them develop their technical skills.
