This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: • Assist in the transition from QuickBooks to a new system• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities• Perform high volume bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger• Prepare and post journal entries as required• Participate in month-end close processes•Collaborate with the team to resolve any accounting issues and improve processes• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently• Maintain accurate customer credit records
