- Leads the customer service representatives
- Administer pricing for both suppliers and customers within accounting software
- Review and approve transactions for accuracy before submitting to accounting department
- Submit purchase orders to suppliers and sales orders to customers
- Assist customer service team to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Research and validate payment discrepancies given by accounting
- Provide backup support when customer service team and account managers are out of the office
- Prepares reports showing open loads, gross margin, purchase/sales history and purchase/sales orders
