Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead enterprise system design, installation, configuration, and day-to-day support for IT services. Responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, security, and availability of data, applications, and infrastructure systems. Analyzes system performance, troubleshoots issues, proposes solutions, and enhances complex business applications and network infrastructure. Focuses on cost-effective performance, high availability, security, and reliability of network systems and business services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage network-based business application environments while adhering to policies. Collaborate with application teams to optimize stability, performance, and recommend solutions.
- Conduct routine operational system management, including administration, performance monitoring, backup, recovery, and problem resolution. Analyze system stability, security, capacity, and performance, recommending and documenting improvements.
- Apply Security Program policies consistently to all design, implementation, and management tasks. Handle security incidents per policies and escalate as required.
