Job Description We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our team in various roles including Tax Accountant, Tax Preparer, CPA and Audit Manager.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports.
- Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets.
- Perform audits, ensuring adherence to standard requirements.
- Report analysis and findings to management team.
- Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
- Create new processes to improve financial efficiency.
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.
- Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or C-Tech certification is a must.
- 3 years minimum public accounting industry experience.
- Solid understanding of tax codes and laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Sound judgement and decision-making ability.
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are followed.
