Pay Rate: $45-48/hour
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diverse research methodologies, including surveys, diary studies, and in-depth interviews, to drive product roadmap decisions and inspire effective customer engagement strategies.
- Consolidate primary customer feedback and engagement data, constructing impactful narratives grounded in the customer perspective that can be readily translated into actionable business initiatives. Produce research papers, insights summaries, and presentations for executive leadership.
- Foster collaboration with a cross-functional team comprising product managers, marketing managers, UX designers, business development representatives, and executive leaders. Skillfully gather pertinent information by asking the right questions, influencing decision-makers at all levels to align their actions with research findings.
- Select, consult with, and oversee research projects conducted by external vendors, including assessing proposals and managing budget considerations.
- Develop scalable and repeatable processes and technical solutions to facilitate the team's expansion.
- Lead the advancement of insight-driven knowledge management systems to enhance the accessibility and visibility of customer insights, facilitating informed decision-making and the prioritization of strategic investments.
