VP/Director of Finance

Then this may be the role for you.How you will make an impact- Take ownership of insurance and risk management- Supervise financial planning and budget management functions- Decide on benchmarks for comparing the operating and financial performance- Manage the operating procedures of the department, including short- and long-range goals, objectives, and policies- Design, establish, and maintain an organizational structure to effectively accomplish the departments goals and objectives- Adhere to local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements- Develop five-year business plans with department managers- Take the lead on all financial and accounting operations- Maintains and reviews budgeting and forecasting models- Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts and outlooks- Perform financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions- Compare monthly operating results against budget- Manage the preparation of all financial reports- Hire, train, and retain finance staff

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
