What are the responsibilities and job description for the Looking for motivated MFT, CPC, CSW, Psychologist position at Robert Hawkins Community Counseling Services. LLC?
A therapist will contribute to the goals and objectives of Robert Hawkins Community Counseling Services, LLC (RHCCS) and its mission by counseling clients and their families utilizing individual and group treatment methods. This position participates in the quality improvement activities of the Division and Agency, provides professional consultation to the mental health team members and community agencies as well as participates in the client education process directed toward the attainment of goals.
Primary Job Duties
1. Provides individual and family therapeutic service to assigned clients under the Mental Health Program.
2. Ensures that services are driven by the client's needs and desires to empower the client to take charge of his/her life with informed decision making.
3. Develops the Coordination Plan with the child/adolescent and family (and other support persons/agencies) when applicable.
4. Organizes the period of service for Mental Health Services and Medication Support Services.
5. Monitor the individuals progress toward meeting the Personal Milestones outlined in the Treatment Plan.
6. Monitors, supports and assists the client in developing or maintaining skills needed to achieve the individual service plan.
7. Interacts on behalf of the client with family, friends, legal guardian, conservator and significant others to initiate and maintain supportive networks.
8. Performs evaluations/assessments to determine medical necessity and coordinates the treatment plan.
Qualifications
1. Licensed, Registered or Waived Clinical Social Worker or Licensed, Registered or Waived Marriage, or Family Therapist.
2. Masters degree in psychology, social work or child development from an accredited college or university is required. Should be licensed or license eligible as an ACSW, MFT or Clinical Psychologist, however, interns are welcome.
3. Knowledgeable in areas of crisis intervention, early childhood development and family dynamics.
5. Possession of a valid Class C or higher drivers license and insurability by the agency insurance carrier(s). An acceptable alternate means of transportation necessary to the completion of duties may be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
