JOB DESCRIPTION:

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Office Administrator handles routine office duties and administrative responsibilities of the resort, working closely with the resort manager and team members. This is a full-time position.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Greet & establish a rapport with guests, residents, prospective residents and vendors
  • Answer calls efficiently for reservations and call customers when needed
  • Report resort comments, suggestions and complaints to the Resort Manager
  • Efficiently check guests in and out, handling reservations and walk-in guests
  • Collect rent, deposits and payment for other services in Rent Manager and Campspot
  • Make delinquent calls for site rental payments as directed
  • Send emails to residents and potential guests as needed
  • Upload resident files and resident/guest communication to Rent Manager
  • Prepare and distribute resort communication such as rile reminders, violations, etc.
  • Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare orders as needed
  • Contact maintenance when need for guests with any potential problems
  • Organize and streamline documentation in the office
  • Input meter readings
  • Manage Rent Manager reservations – long term guests
  • Manage Campspot reservations – short term guests
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2 years Office Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others, inside as well as outside the company
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Provide data entry in a timely and proficient manner
  • Professional Appearance
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

This is a fulltime position, M-F, pay DOE.
