Role: Assistant Cook

Location: The Marvell College, Hull 

 

Working Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am to 2:30pm, school term-time only 

Salary: £11.39 per hour

Your new role

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure that a good quality of food is produced

  • Health and safety procedures are correctly and fully understood and implemented

  • To cover kitchen supervisor role when required

  • Stock management / control of waste

  • Customer liaison

  • Maintaining high standards of service/ and service level agreements

  • Takes pride in delivering a quality service to meet customer needs.

  • Can motivate and enable others to achieve Robertson’s business objectives

What you’ll need:

 

You will have previous experience in a Food Service environment and aptitude to work effectively in a fast-paced catering operation. 

 

The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
