The IT Support position is responsible for responding to end user requests related to software/hardware, configuring new workstations, moving equipment, making changes upon request, and maintaining inventory. This individual will evaluate new hardware/software management solutions and makes recommendations to management on adoptions and direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages IT fixed-asset inventory and IT supplies.
- Manages IT-ticket assignment and response within SLA.
- Analyzes user and business productivity requirements and translates these into the appropriate Microsoft Office 365 Services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint Team Sites, One Drive for Business, etc.).
- Manages software and hardware on corporate computing platforms.
- Conducts user training for most commonly used Microsoft Office 365 productivity services.
- Monitors and maintains network and services configurations and troubleshooting.
- Maintains professional communication to end user, recommends technical solutions, and troubleshoots software/hardware problems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Informational Technology preferred.
- 3 or more years related computer, Information Technology and/or combination of education and experience.
- Windows Server 2012 and 2016 administration experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 7.
- Ability to create and run SQL queries. (SQL stored-procedure is a plus)
- Proficient and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Azure Administration. Certification Preferred (MCSA: Office 365)
