Job Description
SUMMARY:
The Account Manager is responsible for aligning customer expectations, advocating for their needs, and advising them on requisite technologies needed to support their growth. To be successful the Account Manager should be passionate, driven, and curious, with the ability to communicate the needs of customers across internal ROBO teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Meet regularly with customers to review their service and billing issues, upcoming projects, and overall satisfaction
· Manage 10 – 20 customer relationships, achieving high CSAT scores and revenue generation
· Coordinate with Service Desk and Project Delivery team to ensure customer expectations are met and information flows smoothly amongst teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in sales, account management or customer success
· Deep passion for customer happiness
· Curiosity to learn about customer operations and a desire to support their growth
· Desire to learn about new technologies and creativity to apply them within customer environments
· Excellent attention to detail
· Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize competing customer needs
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
