We are a rising company with rich client experiences and great references. As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for an Associate Management Consultant to join our team.

The primary role of an Associate Management Consultant is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process, analyzing, and synthesizing findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Associate Management Consultants work across the company as generalists and will be staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope, length, and location, providing a unique opportunity to experience a variety of consulting engagements early in their career.


Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced staff with technology and consulting projects.
  • Support workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews.
  • Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations.
  • Present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members - In some cases, you will be asked to travel to your client site.
  • Develop communications tailored to specific audiences.
  • Work in agile, collaborative environments.
  • Use Design Thinking to help solve client?s challenges.
  • Analyze data to support conclusions and strategies.
  • Conduct research, develop written work products, e.g., presentations, research papers, reports.
  • Work with US Bank's Access Online and other applications to manage transactions.
  • Work with Financial Systems to troubleshoot and manage escalations.
