Position Summary:
Safe guards casino bankroll. Institutes and enforces rules, procedures and regulations of the casino cage. Hires, schedules, trains, and disciplines all casino cage personnel. Enforces gaming regulations per the System of Internal Controls.
Essential Functions:
- Develops, maintains a service standard that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
- Reviews daily cash and credit receipts, and disbursements through the casino cage
- Maintains returned checks and Marker information in casino credit system
- Approves customer credit in conjunction with casino management and system of internal controls
- Maintains Sensitive Key Log
- Enforces application of federal cash reporting requirements
- May perform the duties and functions of a Cage Supervisor or Cage Cashier
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
- Knowledgeable of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Non-essential Functions:
Education & Experience:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Must be 21 years of age to work in this department. Previous Casino Cage Department management experience preferred

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administrative, organizational and decision making abilities
- Ability to lead, influence others and coach for success
- Able to work varied shifts – i.e. days, nights, weekends and holidays
