What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Hospice Case Manager position at Rock Medical Group?

RN Case Manager for Waterloo Home Hospice. It is FT Days Hours 8a-4:30pm M-F with optional call/weekends. Must have IA RN Licensure, Valid driver’s license, own vehicle and vehicle insurance. They will be reimbursed for mileage at $0.62 per mile.

MUST HAVE ACTIVE IA RN LICENSE

Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm with one night a call a week and 1 every 4the weekend.

Hospice experience required

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,562.00 per week
