Minimum Qualifications Availability to work flexibly, including evening shifts Preferred Qualifications 1 year of client service, business administration or hospitality experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Job Summary The Concierge drives hospitality within the Rock Family of Companies and serves as the first point of contact for all guests and team members. As a concierge, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and supporting related business areas. Responsibilities Create an engaging, first-rate environment in Rock Family of Companies spaces by greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, tenants and team members at welcome desks Troubleshoot issues and answer questions as they arise at welcome desks with a positive attitude and solution-focused mindset, ensuring all clients receive exceptional treatment and any concerns are resolved Process guest and candidate registrations from team members and recruiters to provide extraordinary visitor and candidate experiences and to ensure proper execution of relevant security measures Answer incoming phone calls with a sense of urgency and obtain all pertinent information Provide frontline badging support at welcome desks by administering and performing basic troubleshooting for visitor, vendor and temporary badges Serve as an expert of the local community by constantly researching local events, businesses and other opportunities to experience and engage with the community Assist with light data entry and other administrative tasks when necessary Recognize and report suspicious behavior and activity in or near company properties Benefits and Perks Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
