Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist with development and implementation of training programs for Contracted Security partner
- Assist with training security officers on Rock Security/Rock Family of Companies-specific technology systems, including access control, CCTV, fire suppression and other building-related systems, as well as other Rock Family of Companies-specific processes, including but not limited to lost and found and emergency response procedures, such as evacuation, bomb threat and active shooter
- Prepare and support the development of specialized training manuals, test out programs, multimedia visual aids and evaluation materials needed for Contract Security program
- Work with Contracted Security provider to maintain records and prepare reports to evaluate performance of training activities and monitor progress of trainees in specialized programs, as required
- Provide recommendations for revisions, improvements and/or modification of training materials to support the program for specific audiences, specific locations (e.g., construction, residential, retail) or client needs
- Conduct audits to assess security officer performance, through guard tour solution audits, CCTV and access control system reviews
- Monitor the daily content and quality of incident reports prepared by security personnel and provide guidance, as necessary
- Monitor guard tour solution portal, vehicle GPS data and other available means to ensure proper deployment of mobile security resources
- Assist with conducting garage, security desk and mobile patrol audits through CCTV and site visits
- Update garage procedures as needed
- Update building reference guides as needed
- Design building routes for the Security Officers to conduct patrols
- Assist the Rock Security team with special event coverage as needed
