Assistant Manager
Our Nottingham, MD are made fresh every day by using real fresh vanilla beans from our own vanilla tree.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing shifts.
- Assist in ordering and inventory.
- Coordinate food with other departments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and parking lot at all times.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the restaurant.
- Train new employees on how to properly prepare food and service customers.
- Oversee all guest service matters, including food and beverage allergies, menus, pricing, ordering, take-out, etc.
- Communicate with management regularly to ensure that all safety issues are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; one year restaurant experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
