Job Summary
The Junior Investor Reporting Analyst ensures timely and accurate reporting, remitting and reconciling of all loan-level activity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance with investor guidelines and servicing requirements
- Establish servicing system to ensure all loans report accurately
- Responsible for bank reconciliation for investor bank accounts
- Monitor the outstanding reconciling items for agency-owned custodial bank accounts
- Maintain loan-level accuracy on servicing system and delivering superior ratings from agencies monthly
- Manage cash flow within investor reporting, including principal and interest advances
- Research and resolve inquiries received from investors throughout the month
