Our Position
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for executing all strategic initiatives to find, source, recruit, hire and/or retain talented candidates. A Talent Acquisition Manager oversees planning, developing, managing and overseeing talent acquisition and onboarding processes in addition to collaborating with all organization departments to meet staffing budgets and best prepare operations and sales to meet/exceed company goals and business needs.

Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for leadership, development, implementation and administration of recruitment programs and drive execution of an effective short-term and long-term recruiting strategy and assist with the due diligence for onboarding newly acquired employees.
- Responsible for ensuring a seamless recruitment process that fulfills customer and internal hiring needs.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to obtain all necessary information regarding their hiring needs
- Partner with the leadership team to forecast business needs and assist in planning for future roles.
- Responsible for reporting all recruiting metrics to the leadership team on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Leverage tech resources such as UKG, LinkedIn, really and ZipRecruiter to maintain a good marketing brand presence.
- Manage all job board and recruiting expenses to ensure the department spends within the approved budget.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System to ensure requisitions are completed thoroughly and all applications have been reviewed and contacted.
- Source and screen candidates to support the recruiting team.
- Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to develop best practices for hiring efforts, scalability, and quality.
- Lead a team responsible for execution of hiring and sourcing talent. Direct activities to assist with the development of innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment strategies. Coaches team in collaborating with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure quality of candidates and to meet the needs of the business.
- Responsible for analyzing data to identify gaps and trends. Contribute to development of recruiting metrics and analytics to help guide decision making, measure team productivity, and program ROI.
- Partner with HR, Operations, Finance, and Sales to share market trend knowledge and develop cross-functional strategy to attract and retain talent through competitive compensation packages and offers.
- Measures team performance against maintaining consistent standards for all applicants and ensuring compliance with all local rules and regulations related to hiring and recruiting.
- Responsible for setting clear goals and benchmarks for the Recruitment team to meet.
- Build, manage, and mentor/develop a team of high-performing recruiters in a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate and evolve the employee onboarding experience as a fluid continuation of the recruiting and hiring process. Set the tone of excitement and positivity in all aspects of the onboarding process.
- Work with HR and the Payroll team to ensure all new hire documents have been completed prior to their start date.
- Providing and performing other projects and duties as assigned.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master's degree in human resources or relevant years of experience.
- 5 years of experience in full cycle recruitment.
- 2 years of leadership and management experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results.
- Knowledge of recruiting media such as job postings, job site aggregators, ATS, and job distribution tools.
- Experience building, coaching, and performance managing a recruiting team in a corporate environment.
- Experience in developing and leading training initiatives.
- Exceptional written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to calculate basic math.
- Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass company drug screen and/or substance abuse testing.
