Job Description
Title: Program Success Manager
Duration: 8 monthsPossible extension/conversion? Yes
Required onsite?: Remote with few visits to the office as planned by the team.
As part of Global Sales Enablement Organization, the Program Success Manager works collaboratively with Program Owners, Project Managers and Delivery team to plan, manage & execute live and virtual instructor led training/enablement sessions for Sales professionals.
Goals are to ensure learners have the best possible experience registering and participating in events.
About the Role Planning:
Work with Program Managers to ensure session dates are published on GSE calendarConfirm instructors, SMEs, and Executive speakersSecure meeting/training space in office or off-site locationsManage session scheduling and logistics for live or virtual (Zoom) sessionsOrder catering (as needed)Coordinate Onsite/Offsite welcome and celebration eventsCoordinate with Hotel for Hotel booking links Program & Attendee Management:
Add participants to rosters and send communications Launch enrollment / registrations for sessionsWork with program managers and system administrators to ensure seamless registration processManage enrollment and waitlist.
Monitor and respond to email or Slack communications regarding program logisticsProvide pre-class support for questions about preparation and pre-work, triage as neededMay be called upon to project manage new initiatives when needed
Preparation:
Assist Program Manager with posting and/or distribution of pre-workOrder materialsSchedule printing and shippingSubmit Service Requests (room set-up / other)Confirm staffing Execution:Record attendanceDistribute materialsAssist attendees onsite or virtuallySupport Instructors, including review of materials for compliance with corporate & GSE brandingMeasure program effectiveness via post class survey and summarize resultsManage follow-up communications & distribution of materialsUpload any recordings, other assets and materials
Post Event:
Ensure completion records are accurateIf applicable, reconcile billing from vendors and submit for paymentRecommend and implement changes to improve attendee registration and classroom experienceUpdate checklists for any revisions needed prior to next session
About You
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or learning technology Experience managing projects, programs, and events for sales organizations Local to Pleasanton HQ office and able to support On site workshop for 5 days every monthMust be able to manage multiple concurrent projectsMust be highly organized and detail orientedHighly proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Suite Desired Characteristics:
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills: understand data and delivery resultsExperience with process improvement; demonstrated ability to innovate to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Experience with RainFocus registration tool
Salary : $50 - $55
