Rockford Bride, a wedding guide publisher & online bridal resource, helps brides and grooms find everything for their wedding. Rockford Bride helps with planning, finding vendors, trends, new ideas and upcoming wedding shows in the Rockford Stateline area.
Responsible for the development and implementation of Rockford Bride Wedding Guide accounts.
Find, meet and sell advertisements and implementation plans for projects approved by client, including timeline and budget preparation.
Motivate staff to produce continually improving work in assigned projects.
Monitor timelines to be sure that deadlines are met.
Establish direction for assigned projects and programs.
Assist in the development of strategic planning documents, gather background data, as needed.
Review all client correspondence prior to distribution.
Supervise, guide and train assistant/coordinator.
Attend/call in for weekly sales updates and meetings with management.
Strong consultative sales & closing skills
Have proven experience selling advertisement solutions in the Rockford area
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have excellent listening, interpersonal and decision making skills
Be extremely dependable and organized
Have the ability to work on multiple opportunities; multi-task
Ability to take direction and run independently, providing results
