What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Rocky Mountain Furniture?

Rocky Mountain Furniture is a family owned furniture business. It has a range of residential and office furniture. We operate at a quick and orderly rate. We are in need of an extra hand with our office work and possible sales assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with administration with the day-to-day tasks
  • Data Entry from sales and invoices
  • Answering Phone Calls
  • Emailing customer and Suppliers
  • Talking to customer entering the store
  • General Assistance with paperwork

Requirements

  • Basic Understanding of QuickBooks Online
  • Typing 40 Words Per Minute
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Problem Solving Experience
  • Able to Work on Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
