Job Description
The HR Advisor provides human resources expertise that contributes and supports the well-being of our local and international employees. Evolving within a team of experts and reporting to the talent manager of Rodeo FX, he/she plays an essential ambassador role in the development of the HR strategy in a variety of areas such as welcome and integration, performance management, health and safety, salary reviews and more! Working in a constantly evolving creative environment, he/she will have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative HR practices in a dynamic and stimulating work environment within a growing company.
Main responsibilities
- Create, adapt and revise HR policies and processes according to the company's needs and growth projects;
- Create, develop and manage HR processes (Employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, HR policies, health and well-being, diversity and inclusion, recognition);
- Act as a change agent for HR transformation, and actively seek opportunities to improve HR practices, processes and tools;
- Act as a resource person for day-to-day HR-related questions and provide advice, coaching and support to managers in various aspects;
- Participate in the implementation of new systems (HRIS and LMS) and HR tools (KPIs, dashboards, etc.);
- Develop and create training materials on various topics such as adaptation of communication, delegation, onboarding, health and safety etc;
- Collect and analyze data from our various HR systems and tools. Prepare and present reports, making sound recommendations;
- Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in human resources management.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an HR advisor (ideally in a creative or technological sector);
- Good knowledge of labor law and legislation;
- Ability to objectively balance the needs of the organization and individuals;
- Ability to present and be an enthusiastic ambassador of our values and culture;
- Creative and innovative thinker, able to identify possible improvements and solutions and define the steps to be taken to achieve them;
- Highly organized and motivated, excellent attention to detail, able to prioritize various files and adapt quickly;
- A pragmatic and hands-on approach to work - happy to get involved and help where needed;
- Comfortable with new systems and technology;
- CHRP designation is an asset, but the most important thing is to have practical experience.
