Roessel Joy has partnered with a Hospital and Health Care company seeking to hire an AR Specialist. This is a Medicare Billing position. The ideal candidate has nursing home AR experience. This role will involve mostly billing, with follow-up, and collection of payments for multiple nursing facilities. In this seat, you will be using MatrixCare software. Looking for someone with an Associates degree with 2 years of relevant experience and someone who is detail oriented and has strong communication skills!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Billing
- Follow-up
- Posting payments
- Collection of payments
- Identifying, investigating and resolving unpaid claims
- Finding denial trends
- Resubmitting/Appealing claims
- Claim projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic computer skills
- Associates degree
- 2 years of A/R work experience
- Healthcare/medical industry experience
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
