SUMMARY
The SEO/PPC Manger is responsible for managing all of the activities and strategies to maximize organic and paid campaigns. This position will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. This role will provide careful management of search marketing campaign performance and identify areas of growth and improvement. This position will also manage all PPC campaigns (including on social platforms).This position is hybrid with a requirement of three days in the home office with two days remote.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns associated with Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
· Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword and audience opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search
· Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
· Ensure PPC campaigns do not exceed monthly ad spend budget
- Manage the creation of keyword lists from keyword research and management to optimize bids (including negative keywords)
- Write engaging and concise copy to modify CTA on ads to boost CTR and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
· Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
· Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization including review of underperforming keywords
· Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
· Research and analyze competitor advertising links
· Develop and implement link building strategy
· Work with the web team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
· Work with the marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
· Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
· Establish key metrics for business and create monthly reports
· Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns
· Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree (Business or Marketing preferred)
· Proven SEO experience
· Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
· In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
· Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
· Minimum of three years’ experience with PPC / SEM management and optimization, for Google, Yahoo or MSN accounts; AdWords certification is ideal
· Ability to analyze PPC reports and identify opportunities for new campaigns
· Experience with A/B split testing and conversion rate optimization
· Understanding of and experience in landing page optimization strategy and its implementation
· Strong communication skills and team-oriented; comfortable interacting with others

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
