Description
A project coordinator handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include, but not limited to; ordering equipment and materials, managing deadlines and workflow, scheduling meetings and appointments, assisting Project Managers and teams with projects tasks, etc.
Requirements
· Construction Experience or Interest
· Strong communication skills and ability to work well under tight deadlines in a fast- paced, team environment.
· Ability to receive and produce quality work through verbal feedback and coaching
· Ability to take and follow directions well.
· Outstanding attention to detail.
· Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel)
· Ability to effectively multi-task
· Deadline Oriented
· Overnight travel as needed
· Must be punctual and have the ability to work after hours and on weekends when needed.
· Dedicated and committed to day-to-day operations
· Time management driven and focused
