We are currently seeking a Data Analyst with previous report writing experience. This position is responsible for developing end-user reports to support ongoing operational needs. This position is highly collaborative, working across all levels of the organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interpret and analyze data
- Design and develop end-user reports using Business Intelligence software
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
- Customer service for legacy reports
- End-user requests for data. Supply internal and external end-users with data requested in a timely, responsive manner.
- Work with stakeholders on process improvement initiatives
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Train and advise on insights found in data analysis
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to manage and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to report to work as assigned and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access
- Proficiency in developing business reports
- Data models, information systems, security and privacy, and organizational principles and standards (preferred)
- HIPAA and OSHA rules and regulations (preferred)

EDUCATION:
Associates or Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, or Mathematics preferred
