The Customer Success Associate with us here at Rojas Solutions will be trained from the ground up on the ins and outs of the role. We are partnered with the government-funded Federal Lifeline Program which allows us to work with members of our neighboring underprivileged communities and help them obtain modes of communication in order to increase their chances of securing employment and improving their quality of life.

Customer Success Associate Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving hands-on training to understand the ins and outs of the Federal Lifeline Program and the role our Customer Success Associates play in this program
- Mastering communication skills when working both internally as a team and externally with members of the community
- Becoming an expert in how to enroll an individual in the program and ensuring they have all the necessary information to proceed
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions with potential members of the program
- Working daily with our Customer Success Associate team in order to trade tricks and tips on how to best further the success of the program

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
