Summary
Members of the Project Management Office are tasked with delivery of Rokt’s most important projects, supporting Business Operations leadership and senior stakeholders, ensuring the removal of all barriers to the company’s continued hyper-growth. Through a shared services model, Business Operations executes a wide range of special projects covering areas such as IPO readiness, operational efficiency, organizational design and post merger integration.
Project Managers in the PMO are looked towards to drive and lead multiple cross functional projects across a wide range of special projects covering areas such as IPO readiness, operational efficiency, organizational design and post merger integration.
Outcomes & Responsibilities
- Work closely with leadership, departmental owners and Business Operations staff to drive successful project implementation to achieve project objectives
- Establish stakeholders to establish priorities, roadmaps and OKRs, build buy-in to a sense of urgency and importance while following best practice Project Management methodology in project execution
- Act as the conduit between the project team and the Ensure accurate and clear timelines of project progress are reported across relevant stakeholders
- Proactively manage risks and dependencies for assigned projects
- Help to develop, model and share best practice in project management across Rokt
Capabilities & Requirements
- 5 years of experience, with 3 years experience in relevant roles including project management, management consulting, change management and innovation, preferably within a high-growth tech environment
- Degree in a related field, with industry recognised Project Management Qualification a plus
- Familiarity in applying project governance and management methodologies
- Successful track record within a fast paced, engaging, technology environment
- Experience in waterfall and/or agile project management methodology, defining and managing project risk and knowing when to escalate
- Comfortable working with ambiguity - ability to work through uncertainty with minimal direction
- Experience of driving and implementing change management at an organizational level
- Self-motivated tenacity to handle multiple competing priorities
- Thrives in the ambiguous and rapidly changing landscape of a hyper-growth tech company and a bias to action

Base salary - $105,000 - $130,000/ year
