We are looking for a Senior Data EngineerCompensation: $235,000- $300,000 salary employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.
We're looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our fast-growing Engineering team, focusing on our Customer Data Platform. You'll tackle complex challenges to enhance customer relevance by deeply understanding their needs. Collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers, you'll help scale our product and deliver significant value. We need a creative problem-solver with strong market insight, a passion for data analysis, and a track record of delivering impactful products.
About the role:
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and systems.
- Implement real-time data processing solutions using Spark and Kafka.
- Optimize and manage AWS infrastructure for data engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all platforms.
About you:
- 7 years of experience in Data Engineering / Software Engineering
- Proficiency in Spark and Kafka.
- Extensive experience with AWS services.
- Strong knowledge of Java/Scala and streaming systems.
- Ability to work with large datasets and complex data architectures.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
