- Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using a POS system
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers
