Rolling Plains Construction seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Estimating Coordinator to join our Arizona office team. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and customer service, with a strong background in team coordinating and organization. This role involves assisting the estimating team and supporting our office's day-to-day operations of our office.
Expectations
- The estimating coordinator is here to assist the estimators and estimating department as a whole to ensure that they have everything they need to take off a project and provide a proposal to the client.
- As the first point of contact in a sales-oriented position, the coordinator should be friendly and professional and provide excellent customer service to those with whom they correspond.
Responsibilities
- Monitor estimating inbox, and direct mail appropriately.
- Qualify upcoming projects according to key factors
- Prepare qualified projects to be presented at weekly meetings
- Maintain 2 week look ahead on the calendar
- Initial bid setup, including downloading documents, assigning job number, creating physical folder, and hand off correspondence
- Licensure reporting
- Department total number tracking
- Direct incoming department phone calls
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
