Job Description Change Analyst Indianapolis, IN As a Change Analyst for Rolls-Royce, you’ll work within our IT Infrastructure and Operations team to drive the implementation and continuous improvement of operational Change. Key Accountabilities Evaluating change requests and determining which take priority or are urgent and Investigate any failures or back out implementations in close cooperation with other Service Management and delivery functions Performing Post Implementation review (PIR), coordinating the participation of required stakeholders and providing a summary report Performing regular Change and Release Management trend evaluations to identify the need or opportunity for improvement Reviewing and approving change requests and releases from a scheduling and process conformance perspective and develop, implement and maintain a cross-delivery Change Management Information System (CHMIS) to record and maintain data Reviewing and approving operational policies, procedures and deliverables Overseeing Change Management process practitioners such as Project Managers, Service Tower Change Managers during transition Basic Requirement: An Associates degree with 4 years of experience in change management OR; A Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in change management OR; In lieu of a degree, 6 years of experience in change management In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen Preferred Requirements: Knowledge and experience of all ITIL processes ITIL certified Pioneer the next generation of innovation.
