Client Success Rep
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Success Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with current contract accounts, providing accurate quotes for services and products, and handling any service escalations to ensure client satisfaction. As a Client Success Rep, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and play a crucial role in driving customer retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned contract accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Contract Maintenance: Monitor and manage the renewal process for existing contracts, ensuring timely and smooth renewals.
- Quoting: Provide accurate and timely quotes for new services, product upgrades, or other customer requests.
- Service Escalation: Proactively manage service escalations, working with internal teams to resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed about any updates, issues, or new service opportunities.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues in a timely manner, escalating concerns as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem-solving for clients.
- Reporting: Track and report on account activity, service escalations, and contract statuses to management.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, client relations, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle service escalations professionally.
- Experience with contract management and providing quotes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry experience in Technology Industry is a plus.
- Prior experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
