Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The 3rd Party Coordiantor will be an integral part of the Headquarters team.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of CMMS systems for new clients, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.
- Collaborate with clients' maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that the CMMS systems are being used effectively to schedule, track, and report on maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure that the CMMS systems are being used consistently across clients.
- Conduct regular audits of the CMMS systems to ensure accuracy of data, identify gaps in data entry, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for the CMMS systems.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices, new CMMS technologies, and potential system enhancements.
- Manage the billing and financial aspects of the CMMS service contracts with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus but not required
- 1 to 2 years of experience in CMMS systems, preferably in a service provider or consulting environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CMMS software, and Excel.
- Proficiency with SQL is a plus but not required
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of maintenance and reliability best practices is preferred.
Compensation:
A CMMs industry-competitive salary varies depending on a candidate's professional experience. Most candidates receive a starting salary of $50,000 - $57,500/year.
