What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Sales Executive position at Roofle, Inc.?
Roofle is a cutting edge, forward thinking, smart contractor that enables property owners to get a roofing estimate in under 30 seconds. No other contractor makes roofing this easy! Customers have access to their portal that notifies them at all points of the storm claim & roofing process and takes their normal pain points completely away by having experts to guide them through the process.
We are looking for world-class people that are looking to break into the roofing restoration industry. Our training program can take world-class salespeople and turn them into industry-expert sales leaders in 3-6 weeks. Upon completion and approval of your interview & onboarding process. You will be invited to our 3 Day Storm Training Conference (Location To Be Announced After Onboarding Is Complete). Includes flight & hotel stay as well as all the tools you will need to excel in the industry. We will teach you what you need to know and how to get started in this recession proof industry. You will also have access to our interactive training curriculum from your company issued iPad for on your time training.
You will need to be a high achiever with strong character and ethical values, as you will be working with educated, analytical, and thorough prospects and team members. We are a friendly, fun, and yet a self-driven sales environment. You will be representing the very best roofing contractor in the marketplace, which when implemented correctly will help homeowners protect and improve their most valuable asset - their homes.
You must be able to travel at a moment's notice, use a ladder, inspect and photograph some roofs, knock on doors, network with local businesses (referral partners) and guide customers through the after the storm claims process exceptionally well. If you are not highly persuasive and do not have proven career experience in the door to door or home improvement sales industry, this might not be the position for you. However, if this does sound like you, you will want to make this your “A-Player” team.
