Our People Team continues to grow, and we are seeking our first Learning & Development Manager to help build out our L&D offering across the company. As our ideal candidate, you will have experience in building and growing a Learning function to support the growth of a high growth company. You are comfortable flexing between developing the strategic training vision for the company to actually creating and facilitating learning sessions. You have your finger on the pulse on new and effective ways to deliver training content and experiences. You take a “listening to understand” approach, that enables you to deliver solutions that effectively meet the needs of the company. You are comfortable working across all levels in an organization. You are seen as the subject matter expert in creating and delivering training that provides consumers of that training with information and tools to help them become more effective in their craft. You specialize in creating experiences for individuals to become stronger people managers, leading to stronger and more engaged employees. You take pride in being a team player, and are looking to join a smart, kind, collaborative and impactful team of HR professionals.
