Team Associate is an entry-level position, and your primary role will be to support and assist Team Managers and our team of artists.

With at least 6 months of experience in the IT industry, in positions such as Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Support Manager, etc.

• Upper-Intermediate English level (written and spoken);Excellent communication skills, ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate and learn fast;

Orientation to the result and long-term cooperation.You’re a rockstarif you have

Experience working in the GameDev industry;Knowledge of time-tracking and CRM systems work principles (Jira, Asana, Redmine);

Basic understanding of People and Project Management.As a part of Room 8studio, you will

Provide general support to the Sub-Division Director and Team Manager in performing their daily responsibilities and participate in the development of the Sub-Division according to approved target indicators;

Participate in the preparation of different reports and analytics and budgeting;Assist team members

in resolving issues with IT and Admin departments

Support project activities, the processes of resources management and portfolio preparation;Perform other tasks assigned by the Sub-Division Director and Team Manager.
