In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery process through superior inventory control and timely product flow. With a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience, you bring a hands-on and collaborative leadership style that develops high caliber teams, embodies our culture and builds our business.

Location:  4600 Olson Memorial Highway, Golden Valley, MN

Schedule:  Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with additional hours as needed to fulfill obligations of the role.

The experiences you’ll draw from and the qualifications you’ll bring:  warehouse manager

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, delivery, distribution and/or retail management with an operational focus, with 5 years of effective leadership in leading and inspiring a team of service professionals, ideally in a customer-facing environment.
• A demonstrated confidence, high standards when it comes to detail and organization, and a belief that your success is tied directly to the growth and development of the team you lead and how you treat others.
• Exceptional communication skills – both verbal & written.

• Salary: $75000 / year depending on experience/qualifications.
