Position Title: Call Center Sales Representative
Summary:
Performs sales and customer service tasks by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answeing customer calls, and provide accurate satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Calls clients and customers to inform them about the company's new products.
- Provides recommendations according to customer needs or preferences
- Introduces promotions and new products to customers
- Update customers with information regarding their order, billing, shipping, and other account items.
- Collaborate with other call center representatives to improve customer service.

- Bilingual - Spanish and English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great active listening skills
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
