Who Are We?
Rosalita's started here in Saint Louis on Washington Ave. After years of hard work we opened our BOOMING Des Perez location and become a staple for our local clientele. We're still small with three locations, two of which are here and one in Florida. We have big plans for opening more locations and are working tirelessly to keep those plans running. We pride ourselves on having quality Tex-Mex right here in the middle of the country. We have an extensive, but easy to learn menu. Small margaritas, big margaritas, MASSIVE margaritas and a full bar with a pretty nice beer menu to go with it as well. Long story short we're passionate and looking for others to help share that passion with our community.

Responsibilities:
- Assist managers with supervision of front of house staff
- Be accountable for labor and cost of goods
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Assist employees with overall food preparation and customer service
- Provide on the job training
- Assist with management of daily operation of venue
- Perform scheduling duties and guest relations
- Oversee building safety issues, ie: Food safety, repairs and maintenance
- Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
- Other duties are included, as assigned
Minimum skills, experience, and education required for this job:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years restaurant experience in a supervisory role, preferred
- Must possess good organizational, interpersonal problem-solving leadership and team building skills
- Adhere to all safety policies
- Must have reliable transportation
- Problem solve in a highly effective manner and maintain positive relationships with guests and staff, including management, subordinates and co-workers.
- Be a consistent role model for company's standards
Physical Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
- Stand for long periods of time
