What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at Rose Court Senior Living?
Rose Court Senior Living is looking for a hard working, dynamic leader and team player to work as our Maintenance Director and oversee our Housekeeping Supervisor and Maintenance Tech. We are an 85 studio apartment community that serves both Assisted Living & Memory Care residents.
Ideal candidate will be a hands on Maintenance worker who is able to multi task and stay organized. Experience with plumbing, electrical, TELS and AZ assisted living will put you at the top of the list. Minor drywall, painting, general plumbing and maintenance skills are required.
Must have a positive outlook, be proud of the work they do and enjoy helping seniors or adults with disabilities. Job duties include but are not limited to completing work orders, performing the life safety checks and drills as mandated by our state regulations and ensuring rooms are ready for new move ins. This is a full time salary position with full benefits. Job may require some weekends, holidays, or night time hours as situations come up. Supervisory experience required.
